These terms govern your use of PureIQ Labs testing services and this website. By submitting a sample, you agree to them.

Research use only

PureIQ Labs is an independent analytical testing laboratory. Our services and reports are for research use only. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute compounds, and we make no representations regarding the legality, safety, or intended use of any submitted sample. You are responsible for ensuring that your submission and your use of our results comply with applicable law.

Scope of results

• Results apply only to the sample as received by our laboratory, on the date tested.
• A Certificate of Analysis describes that sample at that point in time. It is not a statement about any other vial, batch, or lot, and it is not a certification of safety or fitness for any use.
• We test what arrives. We do not verify the identity of the submitter or the origin of the sample.

Samples

• Submitted samples are not returned.
• Physical samples are securely destroyed 60 days after the Certificate of Analysis is issued.
• Do not ship materials that are known to be hazardous, infectious, or radioactive, or whose possession is unlawful. We may refuse, dispose of, or report any submission at our discretion.

Certificates of Analysis and verification

• Every COA carries a unique report ID and can be verified on our public verification page.
• Public verification pages display the sample and its results. Your identity is never displayed unless you opt in to show product photos or branding.
• COAs may not be altered. Reproducing a COA in a way that changes its content or misrepresents its scope is prohibited and may be unlawful.

Orders, pricing, and turnaround

• Quoted turnaround times are estimates measured from sample receipt, not from order placement.
• Add-on panels are quoted before work begins. Work starts only after you accept the quote.

No warranty

Services are provided "as is." We warrant that testing is performed with reasonable care using validated methods, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the fees you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to new orders as of its date.
