Measures compound purity percentage and actual mass per vial. Part of every base analysis order.
LC-MS identity confirmation
Confirms the compound is what it claims to be using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.

Sterility testing
Microbiological sterility panel. Recommended for any compound intended for injection.
Endotoxin testing
LAL assay for bacterial endotoxins. Critical for injectable compounds and research-use batches.
Elemental impurities
Heavy metals screening — lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury. USP 232/233 methods.
Residual solvents
Detects synthesis and purification byproducts including ethanol, acetonitrile, and DCM. USP 467.
Microbiological panel
Full bioburden and sterility testing beyond the base sterility panel.
Peptide sequencing
Amino acid sequence confirmation via tandem MS. For complex or novel peptides.
