Privacy Policy

[Draft: pending review by legal counsel before launch]PureIQ Labs ("we," "us") provides independent analytical testing services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run your tests and communicate with you. Nothing more.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide: name, email, company, and phone number if you share it.
- Order details: the compound name, labeled amount, tests requested, and shipping metadata.
- Sample metadata: information about the physical sample you submit, including any photos you upload.
- Interest signups: if you ask to be notified about an upcoming test or suggest a new one, we keep your email and the request.
We do not store payment card numbers on our servers. Payments are handled by our payment processor.
How we use it
- To perform the testing you ordered and deliver your results.
- To send order confirmations, status updates, and the notifications you asked for.
- To respond when you contact us.
- To improve our test menu based on the suggestions and interest you share.
We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
Confidentiality and public COAs
Certificate of Analysis verification pages are public by design: anyone with a report ID can confirm a COA is authentic. Those public pages show the sample and its results. We never publish your identity without your consent.
If you want your product photo or company branding displayed on your public COA, you can opt in when you submit your sample. The default is always private. If you do not opt in, your COA shows sample and results only.
How long we keep things
- Physical samples are securely destroyed 60 days after your COA is issued.
- COA records remain verifiable indefinitely. Verification is the product, so the record does not expire. A COA speaks to the sample as received on the test date.
- Business and order records are retained for approximately seven years for tax and legal purposes.
Who touches your data
We use a small number of service providers to run our systems: database and authentication hosting, website hosting, email delivery, and payment processing. Each provider processes data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
- You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- You can ask us to delete your personal information. Issued COA records remain, but we can unlink your identifying details where the law allows.
- You can unsubscribe from notification emails at any time.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you promptly.
